No. Milbet strictly operates one account per player. Opening a second account – whether under a different name, number or device – is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and results in both accounts being suspended with any bonuses forfeited. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support rather than re-registering.
You must be 18 or over to register and play on Milbet. Age is verified through your date of birth at registration and through CNIC-based KYC verification before larger withdrawals. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately and funds returned.

Withdrawals
Log in, go to the Cashier, select Withdraw and choose your preferred payment method. Enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals go to the same method you used to deposit. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically process within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
The minimum withdrawal on Milbet is Rs 1,000. There is no processing fee charged by Milbet on withdrawals. Depending on your payment method provider, network or transaction fees may apply on their end. Your first withdrawal may be subject to KYC verification if not previously completed.
Withdrawal processing times can be affected by pending KYC verification, the need for a compliance review on large amounts, bank processing times for IBFT transfers, or public holidays. As a general rule, Milbet requires withdrawals to return funds to the same payment method used for deposits. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. In cases where your original deposit method is no longer available (for example, a closed wallet), contact support with documentation. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement (for example, the welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount). Once the wagering requirement is met, the resulting real-money balance is fully withdrawable. Your account wallet shows separate balances for real money and bonus funds at all times.

A 30x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before that bonus converts to real, withdrawable money. Example: receive Rs 5,000 bonus → need to wager Rs 1,50,000 in total bets across the platform. Every bet you place on eligible games contributes towards this total. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Check the Terms and Conditions for game-specific contribution rates.
Yes. If you'd prefer to deposit and play without a bonus (so that your full real-money balance is immediately withdrawable), you can decline the welcome bonus during the deposit process. Simply untick the bonus opt-in option at the Cashier stage before completing your first deposit. Once accepted, a bonus cannot be removed from your account without forfeiting it.

PSL bets settle based on the official match result as published by the Pakistan Super League authority. Settlement normally occurs within 30 minutes of the match ending. A cool-off period is a temporary break from Milbet. Choose from 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period your account is inaccessible – you cannot log in, deposit or bet. Your account data is preserved and access is restored automatically when the period ends. Cool-off is the right tool if you want a temporary break without permanently closing your account.
